• What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?

    The confirmation email is sent to the email you used to order from us. If you have not received the confirmation email, the email address might be incorrect or the email might be sent in your spam folder.
    Please check it again in the spam/promotions/updates box. You may log into your account and click "My Orders" button to see your orders.

    By registering an account at Pursue, you will get an easier shopping experience and more convenient. You can:

    1. Add an item to "My Favorites" so that you can come back later to compare and make decision.

    2. View order details and progress in the Order page.

    3. Items willl be saved in your cart till you will purchase or remove

    4. Save as many shipping addresses as you want.

  • What should I do if I forget my password?

    For security purposes, we do not save our customers' password. If you forgot your password, just set a new one.
